BASC – Binangonan Association of Southern California is a non-profit organization established in 1987 by President-Founder Celedonio S. Estacio.(+) to uplift the lives of under privilege but deserving students of BCC - Binangonan Catholic College formerly BCHS – Binangonan Catholic High School in the Philippines through our Scholarship Program. Our organization also supports the Sisters of the Poor Foundation in the Philippines. We are a Filipino immigrant-led organization whose members are former residents of Binangonan Rizal in the Philippines.
Through our programs and undertakings to raise funds for our scholars, we bring with us our Filipino traditions and practices that help us foster camaraderie and fellowship to all members by engaging in civic, social and cultural activities.
To grow and develop the bond of kababayans (Binangonan) in Southern California through friendships and strengthening comraderies.
To flourish in fundraising activities - giving back to communities; that will benefit the unfortunate kids from low-income families in the Philippines deprived of the means to attend schools in the community.
To promote the culture and traditions of the town of Binangonan through an annual
celebration of the Patron Saint Santa Ursula feast.
To expand the resources of fundraising activities to support the growing needs of the Binangonan Association of Southern California (BASC) Highschool Scholarship Program, which will eventually fulfill the path to a Baccalaureate Degree.
•To maintain the consistency of profitable opportunities of soliciting funds from selfless
